A Consumer-Based Approach to Assist in the Design of Hotels
How might one design hotels for a new resort area that are more attractive to target market consumer than competing hotels and meet profit objectives? This was the problem faced by executives from a Caribbean country tourism agency. This article describes a consumer-based methodology to assist in solving this and related problems.
