Travel Agent Perceptions And Responses In A Deregulated Travel Environment

The rippling effects of ailine deregulation and deregulation of ticket sales continue to affect travelagents. Propositions regarding these effects are considered and then compared to the findings of a survey of travel agents. Results show industry changes and how agents view methods of competing effectively.
